Royal City Montessori Academy
Royal City Montessori Academy is fully accredited by the Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators. We operate as a not-for-profit school in Guelph, Ontario.
Opened in 2017, the school includes children aged 2 to 8 years. We offer toddler, Casa and elementary programs. RCMA is the only Montessori school in Guelph with a CCMA-Accredited Casa and elementary program.
Our Staff
RCMA classrooms are led by experienced Montessori Trained teachers. Supporting our teachers is a team of Early Childhood Montessori Assistants.

The teachers follow the methodology and philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori and hold diplomas in the following levels: Early Childhood Montessori Assistant, Casa, Elementary l and Elementary ll.
Approach
At Royal City Montessori Academy, we have seen the Montessori approach to education succeed time and time again. We offer an open learning environment that facilitates the cognitive development of children ages 2 to 8 by encouraging them to interact freely with the materials we provide.

All of our programs are customized to meet the personal needs of the child and cater to their individual needs. We focus on each child, recognizing their interests and strengths and developing them as a whole.

We are passionate about what we do, and we have an amazing team of Montessori Trained teachers and an early childhood educator who love to work with children.
